Julia has twenty years’ business experience, predominantly in People Consulting, Sales and Commercial Leadership. She now works exclusively as a 1:1 Coach, Team Coach and Consultant, focusing upon her core passion – helping individuals to solve gnarly issues and reach big ambitions.
Prior to this she has held a variety of individual contributor and management roles including Business Partner within HR, Key Account Manager, Business Development Director and a range of first-line and Senior Management Positions, having started out as a Call Handler for a Public Authority at the age of 16. Most recently, as Director in a People and Organisational Change Consultancy, she led the significant growth of the People Development line of business as the organisation prepared for a sale.
Julia has a particular specialism in personality and motivational profiling tools and is a registered member of the British Psychological Society, as well as an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is qualified in the use of McQuaig Personality Profile, VoicePrint, FIRO, 16pf Personality profile, MBTI Step I and Step II and BPS Occupational Test User Ability and Personality (Level A & Level B). She is trained in Behavioural Event Interview (BEI) and Miller Heiman Alumnus, Large Account Management Process and Strategic Selling.
