Donnova provides the organisation behind a busy, fun-loving and, sometimes, frenetic team at Q. Learning. She has mastered the art of state management and is able to remain calm when those around her are not and inject energy when people need it. Donnova manages specific client projects, and also responsible for operational systems within Q. Learning by putting in place the disciplines of system administration coupled with magical customer care.

Prior to joining Q. Learning, Donnova worked for Business Link and an IT Publishing Company, where her strengths in organising people and co-ordinating projects came to the fore. Now, with Q. Learning, Donnova’s bubbly and professional manner is the first welcome to Q. Learning for many people.

Donnova has three main men in her life; husband Jon and two energetic small boys; William and Elliot. And, as we do encourage out of work interests, she has a horse, Saffi, who provides Donnova with endless hours of competing, exercise, fun and empty bank accounts!
