Anna Hipkiss

CONSULTANT AND BUSINESS WRITER

As a business consultant, Anna helps organisations achieve business results through people and through managing change.

Her breadth of experience across different business functions enables her quickly to get to grips with the dynamic of an organisation, to find the levers and drivers for change and for engaging staff.

Anna has 25 years of management experience, much of it at board level. Her career spans HR, learning & development, marketing, IT services and general management.  She is now a business consultant and author, writing articles and books.

Throughout her career Anna has maintained a passion for the study as well as the practice of good management, and as part of this she qualified as an NLP master practitioner.  She has a degree in languages, and qualifications in HR and business finance.
