Frances Matthews

Frances is an experienced Executive Coach and Trainer. Over the years her work has developed with the changing needs of her clients. As a member of the Oxford Brookes Coaching and Mentoring Society she keeps in touch with new ideas and the latest research to inform her coaching practice and find new ways to inspire change.

Frances has wide experience working with organisations in both the public and private sectors, training and coaching in large organisations such as the NHS, local government, the Educational Sector, retail, the police force, engineering and telecoms. She is a valuable team player of the large change programmes that Q. Learning deliver, bringing energy and focus to the design, facilitation and delivery of large scale events and conferences.  She is highly competent at facilitating groups to work through difficult situations to find a desired outcome and also as a trainer of many things under the broad umbrella of leadership and management development.

Frances is an NLP Master Practitioner, an ANLP member & recognised Trainer and is approved by the ILM for facilitation of their Coaching and Mentoring Programmes. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University.
