Ian Perry

Ian has wide and varied experience working in private, public and not for profit working in construction and utilities, retail banking, further education, engineering and social care sectors.

He is a pragmatic and experienced facilitator working with personal and team development, using a range of psychometric, behavioural and team approaches. He is often described as both supportive and challenging.

Ian has recently pivoted and applying his breadth and depth of leadership and management to create eLearning to support client approaches.

Ian is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Naturally curious he is member of the Royal Society for the Arts (RSA) and engages in a range of communities of practice and networks to develop his professional practice.
