Training is a complex world of staff utilisation, supplying a mix of resources – sometimes within hours of a customer realising that they need help – and providing high quality solutions. Eileen has introduced and manages the accounting systems which are the backbone of Q Learning and provides us with the management information that Q. Learning needs to guarantee our clients a reliable and cost-effective service. Her philosophy is that accounts CAN be fun!

After gaining a B.Sc in Sociology, Eileen joined the Civil Service in Norwich, where she developed her management and people skills. Following her move to Henley-on-Thames, Eileen re focused her career joining a Management Consultancy to take control of their Finance Department.

Eileen is the only Q. Learning member of staff that walks to work and this general healthiness and persistent energy is carried over into her love of tap and salsa dancing – imagine the fun we all have in the office! She is also a keen bridge player and film goer.
