Lesley (Gosling) Warburton

Q. Learning Founder and Chair of Q. Learning Nepal Trust CIO

Lesley spent a decade in the Electricity Supply and Nuclear industries, and 14 years self-employed as a consultant in change management and OD. In 1997, she started Q. Learning Ltd as Managing Director, spearheading new work with new clients in public and private sectors.

In 2009, Lesley imagined, wrote the Team book, and edited the Q. Learning series of books ‘Be your best…and beyond’ and, exhausted, googled ‘where in the world is without a mobile phone signal’…and ended up in Nepal. There she saw the need for young people to have improved life-chances and agreed to build a school in the Eastern Himalayas. She works closely with the school leaders, bringing strategic plans, resources, enhanced learning, volunteers and opportunities to the schools.

In 2020, she set up the Charity Q. Learning Nepal Trust CIO  www.qlearningnepal.com and gave up running Q. Learning Ltd. The charity supports over 300 children from 3.5 – 18, funds 2 schools and oversees an orphanage.
