Donnova has a variety of responsibilities in her role as a Q. Learning Consultant.  She is qualified to give feedback to clients on their Emotional Intelligence Profile results. She acts as Digital Facilitator, supporting senior consultants delivering Q. Learning’s flagship programmes, and she also provides 1:1 training support directly to delegates of those programmes.

Donnova has operational responsibility for the smooth running of Q. Learning’s systems, and she is also responsible for our relationship with MHS, which is hugely important to us as Q. Learning is an accredited partner for MHS’s Emotional Intelligence suite of assessments. Emotional Intelligence is core to everything we do within Q. Learning, and we like to make it accessible to others! To this end, Donnova is also responsible for delivery of a high quality service to Q. Learning’s Emotional Intelligence Distributor clients. She enjoys giving each of them the best customer service possible!
