Bringing clarity to what is difficult, human and often left unspoken at work.

Beatrice Mueller

CONSULTANT

Beatrice has more than twenty years of experience in international business environment. Today she works as sparring partner, coach and consultant with leaders and teams when decisions need to be made under pressure, difficult conversations cannot be put off any longer, or change starts to unsettle people. She helps them cut through the noise, sort out what matters, and deal with situations in a way that works in practice, not just on paper.

Her background in leadership, operational and development roles means she knows organisational life from the inside. She knows what it means to deliver with limited resources, mixed signals and no clear answers. That is why she works in a way that is practical, direct and close to the realities her clients are facing.

Alongside her professional experience, Beatrice has trained in systemic organisational development as well as mindfulness-based organisational development. She is a certified agile coach, resilience and mindfulness trainer, and is also trained in personal development coaching with a particular focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that helps people understand and work through inner dynamics and conflicting parts of themselves in a clear and differentiated way. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Informatics.

Beatrice is clear, pragmatic and focused on what is actually useful. She is not interested in theory, but in helping people think clearly, speak plainly and work well together when things are difficult. And although the issues she works with are often serious, she believes the work benefits from some lightness. Humour has an important place in how she works because it can relieve pressure, shift perspective and make hard things easier to talk about.
