Sara has over 25 years’ experience of working as a Director and experienced practitioner in a cross section of global businesses with a career including senior Executive roles in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Consultancy and Change Management; designing and delivering everything from first line supervisor training to working with Executive teams on team performance, from coaching CEOs to giving feedback to Boards.

She has implemented major change projects, sat as an Executive Director responsible for the business and implemented culture change in various businesses. This background gives her incredible depth and breadth of understanding of how people can work together, in organisations, to bring about change, be that organisational, team or individual.

​As a Master EMCC practitioner executive coach with over 20 years experience, Sara has worked and helped individuals in career transitions, senior leaders to meet the challenges of their roles, and executives leading teams. She has gained a reputation for being able to open up spaces that are safe, supportive and challenging; allowing clients to explore their issues, dilemmas and potential and make choices about how they choose to lead and be.

​Sara is an Associate Fellow at Said Business School designing and delivering Executive Education; holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Business School, a Masters in Coaching & Mentoring and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She has Level A and B (intermediate) accreditation with the British Psychological Society and is qualified to use a variety of psychometric instruments including: NEO, WAVE, 16PF, MBTI, TMI, Hogan/HDI.
