Coaching and mentoring at all levels is a central part of how we work with clients in organisational change and development.

We support people directly by providing Executive Coaching, Transition Coaching or Performance Coaching with individuals and teams. And we also train people to become the best coach or mentor they can be. Q. Learning is approved by ILM as a Centre because of our vast experience and high quality delivery in this area.

Over 85,000 managers take an ILM programme every year. ILM is a professional body with over 30,000 members and also the UK’s biggest awarding body for leadership and management qualifications. There are over 2,500 ILM centres in 48 countries worldwide of which we are one.

We offer a range of ILM Coaching and Mentoring Qualifications and also Endorsed & Development programmes.

ILM Level 7 Diploma for Executive Coaching & Mentoring

This is an additional module to the Coaching at the Top programme (below), including a further 100 hours of leadership mentoring or executive coaching. The aim of this module is to enable learners to develop and improve their performance, under supervision as executive coaches or mentors and as reflective practitioners.

Coaching at the Top (incorporating ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring)

Coaching at the Top aims to equip practising senior leaders and managers, or those working in a training and development role, with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches and mentors as part of their normal leadership and management role.

Coaching in Business (incorporating ILM 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring)

Coaching in Business aims to equip practising managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches or mentors and equips them to move into a development role within their organisation as a freelance coach or mentor.

Coaching at the Front Line (incorporating ILM 3 Award in Coaching)

Coaching at the Front Line aims to equip practising and team leaders and first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role.

Endorsed and Development Programmes

These can be used when companies want to provide assurance to their staff who are undertaking the training that the training provider is of a quality recognised by ILM. A programme designed by us for you can be endorsed by ILM using their industry wide recognition.

As well as running open programmes we are often asked by clients to run in house qualification and Endorsed/ Development programmes. After discussion with you we will design a bespoke programme, and if it meets ILM criteria we can then apply to ILM to have the programme endorsed, thus giving a value add, which demonstrates the high quality of the content and delivery of the programme.
