Lucy is a specialist in Organisational Effectiveness – leadership, organisation design, people management, people processes and culture – understanding how a change in one can affect all.

Having spent 20 years as a senior leader in Human Resources Development in various public and private sector organisations, including Charitable Trusts, Local Government and most recently roles within the Energy and Utilities sector, Lucy has led the business agendas around people, change and transformation.

Lucy has a track record of delivering whole organisation improvement.  Recent examples include creating organisation design principles for a large organisation transformation programme, redesigning attraction and selection strategies for varied and different roles, scoping and writing workforce strategies to accompany delivery of five-year business plans with a focus on workforce resilience, re-purposing performance discussions to enable talent identification and succession planning, creating new behavioural frameworks for organisations that underpin the employee life-cycle and implementing new IT systems around recruitment and HR Management Information to shift a focus to data driven people decisions.

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and the Chartered Management Institute, Lucy brings a people and performance lens to business challenges.  Lucy is also a member of the Change Management Institute and is a certified AMPG Change Practitioner.

As a performance and team coach, Lucy brings creativity, fun and insight to both teams and individuals.  She is an NLP Practitioner, holds certifications in Transactional Analysis, Conversational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.  Most recently Lucy has been coaching leadership teams to enable a more collaborative approach to working together to drive high performance and improved outcomes for organisations and their customers.

Lucy holds a Master of Science in Management Theory and Practice alongside Executive Diplomas in Management.  Lucy is registered with the British Psychological Society to use a wide range of psychometric instruments to support change and transformation from some of the leading world-wide test publishers such as Saville Wave, DISC, Thomas Kilmann and several in the field of EQ.  Lucy is a member of the Association for Coaching and also a registered practitioner with the European Organisation Design Forum.
