Helen has over 20 years’ experience in the world of Learning and Development, over 15 of which are in the Leadership and Management arena. Having managed teams both operationally and within training functions, means she brings a practical and commercial approach to her work.

She keeps up with changing leadership and management theory and enjoys translating new ideas into engaging and inspiring programmes that are easily translated into the workplace.

She believes that we bring our whole self to work and that authenticity drives the culture and environment we create. With a focus on leadership at all levels, her delivery supports each individual to make the next right step for them, at the right time.

Her open and engaging style and approach have remained the same over the years, whilst the content and method of delivery have adapted with changing times and technologies.

Helen has worked in various different industries and sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Recruitment, Professional Services, the Service Sector, the NHS and Education.
