Claire believes that for learning and development to be effective, you need to create a positive, supportive and engaging learning environment. With a passion for enabling others to be the best they can be, Claire encourages and challenge people in a safe and enjoyable way. Her experience and skills as a facilitator mean that she is able to quickly create memorable, high impact learning experiences that enable people to practically apply their new skills and knowledge.

In her nine years working as a training consultant, Claire has been involved in a wide range of projects and activities in both the public and private sector including Leadership and Management Development, Personal Effectiveness Training, Customer Service and Business Skills Training, Team Building and Effectiveness Events and 1 to 1 Developmental Coaching. Prior to becoming a training consultant, Claire worked in various industries including, food retail, manufacturing and global HR benefits outsourcing either in an operational people management or learning and development role.

As a Mum to a young daughter, Claire is very passionate about learning and education and volunteers as a career advisor in a local secondary school. She loves running outdoors in the Saddleworth hills where she lives and regularly challenges herself through competing in triathlons and trail running. Claire is an NLP Practitioner, CMI/ILM accredited assessor and qualified in MBTI, Insights, PI and Social Styles.
